Test conditions and technical measures (1) The farming conditions require a quiet environment, cool in winter and cool in summer, easy to manage, and there are no pollution sources that pose a threat to water quality. Adequate water supply, convenient drainage and irrigation, stable water temperature (maximum water temperature should be less than 30°C), micro-flowing water all year round, fresh water, adequate dissolved oxygen. According to this requirement, indoor frog pools are often ventilated and cool. The frog pool is made of bricks and cement. It is square, and the bottom of the tank is slightly inclined. The inlet pipe is installed above the pool and the drainage hole is opened at the lowest place. The frog species are soaked with 3% to 4% salt solution or 10 to 15 mg/l potassium manganate solution for 10 to 15 minutes before stocking. 4. The water quality management maintains micro-flowing water all year round and requires fresh water, adequate dissolved oxygen, and stable water temperature. The influent water is filtered through 17 to 20 mesh sieves to prevent entry of predator organisms and contaminants. 5. Feeding management (1) feed feed. Mainly live bait such as Tenebrio molitori, live bait feeding is matched with the growth of frogs, and it is palatable to size. In the optimum temperature range, the daily feeding amount is 5% to 10% of the body weight. At temperatures above 30°C, no bait is generally given. Normally, it should be increased or decreased according to the weather, water quality and frog's feeding conditions. (2) Grading rearing. With the increase of individual frogs and the occurrence of different sizes, they are regularly sorted according to the size and size of the pool, so as to prevent young people from rushing to eat, affecting the growth and survival rate. (3) Wintering management. When the water temperature is lower than 8°C, the spiny-breasted frog enters hibernation. When the water temperature drops to 10°C, the outdoor spines and frogs must be moved indoors or scaffolded for overwintering. There is no need to feed during the winter. After the spring outdoor water temperature has steadily risen above 10°C, the spine-breasted frogs are overwintering. 6. Day-to-day management (1) Adhere to the patrol pool inspection every day to check whether there is any damage to various facilities, observe changes in the water quality of the pool, and the eating situation of the frogs. The frog pool is covered with protective nets to prevent enemy creatures such as rats, birds and snakes from harming creatures. Filtering facilities are added to the inlet and outlet to prevent aquatic insects and grasshoppers from entering. (2) Routine disinfection of the drug is conducted every 10 to 15 days. Sick individuals, red legs, rotten skin, and other diseased individuals are found to isolate and treat the disease in time. Individuals who died were removed at any time, and buried in such pollution-free treatment. Keep a good record of breeding in order to sum up experience and improve frog breeding techniques. Second, summary and experience 1. At present, the price of spiny-breasted frogs in our city is 100 to 120 yuan/kg, which is favored by consumers. Due to the adoption of imitation eco-culture, the environment is excellent, and the feed is mainly fresh live bait and is not fed with compound feed. Therefore, the frogs raised have good quality and are similar to the wild, with the advantages of investment, high efficiency, and a pretty market. It is particularly suitable for qualified mountain farmers to use the natural flow water resources such as streams, springs, and groundwater for development and breeding, and has a low risk of breeding and a broad market prospect. 2. Actively develop the live bait culture. Live baits are mainly mealworms (also known as “breadworms”), as well as cockroaches (Daping 2), fly maggots, and insects in the natural environment. Tenebrio molitor is used to feed frogs. It not only grows fast and has a high survival rate, but also has strong disease resistance and high fertility. When feeding, Tenebrio eggs and larvae, adults and cockroaches and other insect states to be separated in time to prevent mutual injury. During the breeding process, high protein feed such as soy flour and fish meal and a small amount of complex vitamins are added to the bran, and a single feed is used as a compound feed to save feed costs and increase the production of Tenebrio. For mealworms that are used for breeding, nutrient-rich feed should be provided to increase the survival and disease resistance of the next generation.
