First, the handling of emergency situations in the operation of the instrument
1. The power must be turned off quickly after the power failure, and then the control parts of each part are restored to the state before the operation.
2. When operating, smell acetylene (or LPG), there may be leaks in pipes or joints. Gas should be turned off immediately, indoor ventilation, avoiding open flames, and inspection.
3, the flame turbulence is unstable, this may be the proportion of gas, gas, or gas is seriously polluted, the gas should be shut down immediately for treatment.
4. If the meter suddenly fluctuates, immediately turn off the power and check the electrical components and power supply voltage changes.
Second, prevent tempering
1. Prevent the waste liquid discharge pipe from leaking, and the outlet should be sealed with water.
2. The burner slit should not be too wide. For a slot burner of 100mm × 0.5mm, when the slit width is greater than 0.8mm, there is a danger of tempering.
3. When using nitrous oxide-acetylene flame, the flow of acetylene should not be too small (not less than 2L/min).
4. When changing from air-acetylene flame to nitrous oxide-acetylene flame, be careful not to make acetylene flow too small.
5. The ratio of assisted gas to acetylene flow rate cannot be too large.
Third, ventilation
Above the atomizer of the instrument, an exhaust hood and a ventilation duct made of corrosion-resistant materials should be installed. The exhaust hood is about 20~30cm away from the smoke exhaust window of the instrument, and the pumping capacity is about 1700-2500L/min. It should not be too large or too small. The simple test method is that the smoke that ignites the cigarette beside the hood can smoothly enter the hood, and the outdoor outlet pipe should be bent downward to prevent the air from flowing backward.
Fourth, clean
Atomic absorption method is generally a trace component, special care should be taken to prevent pollution, volatilization and adsorption loss. The experimental environment and utensils have a great influence on the measurement. The environment should be cleaned and the utensils clean.
