1, cleaning frequency:

5, cleaning method
(1) Clean the surface of the pelletizing machine with a cleaning cloth before the production operation.
(2) After the production is finished, the light is turned off and all the power is turned off:
1 Slow down the sliver and feeding machine to zero, and close the test pill and servo motor. Take off the inner cap of the barrel, and convert the strip to the extrusion head of 10Hz or less. After the Zui, the inverter will be reduced to zero and the power will be turned off.
2 Take out the propeller, inner cap, etc. in the silo and rinse with drinking water.
3 Flush the flaps, knives, and brushes with drinking water.
4 After removing the above parts, use a cleaning cloth to scrub the silo. When scrubbing, be careful to prevent water from flowing into the electrical appliances inside the rack.
5 Wipe the whole machine with a cleaning cloth and use a liquid detergent if necessary.
6 Clean all parts and the whole machine should be washed three times with drinking water, cleaned twice with purified water, and then disinfected with a dry cleaning cloth 蘸 75% ethanol.
(3) Fill in the cleaning record after cleaning. The QA inspector is requested to check the cleaning situation. After confirming the eligibility, sign and attach the “cleaned” sign.
