First, material preparation
Gastrodia elata generally cultivates honey fungus bacteria in August of each year, and Tianma is planted in May-June of the second year. Generally, every 1m2 needs to prepare 18 hard-leaf hardwood sticks with a diameter of 3 - 8cm and a length of 50 - 60cm. Each of them is cut 7 to 10cm and cut 1 scale. For a total of 1-3 rows, prepare enough pollution-free. The medium-grain sand is washed once with water 6 hours before use; the deciduous broad-leaved tree leaves are washed with water to drain the water; the shade net, the germinated cultivar, and the mature gastrodia elata.
Second, sowing
When planting Tianma, firstly, the germinated leaves should be torn into pieces and placed in a clean pot. The gastrodia elata is crushed and evenly mixed with the germinating leaves. Take a shade net and lay it on the ground to sprinkle a layer of moist broadleaf tree leaves, then sprinkle a layer of germinating leaves mixed with gastrodia seeds, take a mushroom stick that has been covered with honey fungus, and put it flat in the sunshade On the other side of the net, the shade net is rolled into a cylinder together with leaves, germs, gastrodia and rods. Then, the roll bar was placed on a medium-grain sand with a humidity of 60% at intervals of 5 cm, covered with 5 cm thick sand, flattened, and then covered with a layer of moist leaves, wheat straw or straw on the sand.
Third, management
After sowing, the 0.1% potassium permanganate solution was sprayed evenly on the kneading surface for surface disinfection. After about 25 days, water was poured according to the drought. When watering, keep the kneading surface moist. Do not flood the water. When the temperature exceeds 27 degrees, it is necessary to cover the shade. In rainy weather, cover the shade shed with a plastic film to cover the rain, and at the same time, dig the drainage ditch and prevent the human and animal from trampling.
Fourth, harvest
Gastrodia is usually from the end of October to November. When the temperature is below 10 degrees, Tianma is harvested for transplanting. Remove the leaves on the crotch during harvesting, grab the ends of the wand with both hands and take it out, gently lift the leaves and shade nets from the sticks, and collect the white linen for additional cultivation. At the same time, the remaining rice, together with the shade net and the leaves, are rolled up as they are, and then cultivated for another year.
