94 patients with propofol/remifentanil TEE sedation were divided into the experimental group by a prospective, semi-randomized controlled trial and a single-blind method according to the oxygen inhalation method (the endoscopic mask was inserted into the esophagus ultrasound probe and added Inhaled oxygen and the control group (traditional TEE and nasal catheter oxygen), 47 cases in each group. Monitoring and recording the success rate of intubation and intubation time, operation time; changes in blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) before and after oxygen inhalation and 5 min and 10 min after oxygen inhalation; before and after oxygen inhalation and 10 min, 20 min after oxygen inhalation (pH), partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2), partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), and change in oxygen saturation (SaO2).
The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the success rate of intubation and intubation time between the two groups (P>0.05). The experimental group was 5 min and 10 min after oxygen inhalation. SpO2 It was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01); the effects of pH and PaCO2 were consistent before and after oxygen inhalation in the two groups. In the experimental group, PaO2 and SaO2 were higher than the control group at 10 min and 20 min after oxygen inhalation (P<0.05). .
