How to use the pipette:
1 adjustment range
When adjusting the range, if you want to adjust from a large volume to a small volume, follow the normal adjustment method, turn the knob counterclockwise; but if you want to adjust from a small volume to a large volume, you can first rotate the scale knob clockwise to over The scale of the range is then adjusted back to the set volume, which guarantees the highest accuracy of the measurement. During this process, never push the button out of the range, otherwise it will get stuck in the internal mechanism and damage the pipette.
2 assembly gun head (suction nozzle)
When placing the pipette on the pipette, the correct method is to insert the pipette (gun) vertically into the pipette tip and slightly tighten it to make it tightly coupled. If it is a multi-channel (such as 8- or 12-channel) pipette, you can align the first line of the pipette with the first head, then insert it obliquely, and shake it in the front-rear direction. The logo of the gun head is slightly over the O-ring and the connecting part can be seen to form a clear seal.
3 pipetting method
Before pipetting, ensure that the pipette, tip, and liquid are at the same temperature. When pipetting the liquid, the pipette is held upright and the tip is inserted 2-3 mm below the surface. Before aspirating, you can first aspirate the liquid several times to wet the liquid suction nozzle (especially when you want to absorb a liquid that is thick or different in density from water). Two pipetting methods can be used at this time.
The first is the forward pipetting method. Press the button to the first stop with your thumb, then slowly release the button to return to the origin. Then press the button to the first stop to discharge the liquid, and then stop for a while and continue to press the button to the second stop to blow out the residual liquid. Finally release the button.
The second is the reverse pipetting method. This method is generally used to transfer highly viscous liquids, biologically active liquids, easily foaming liquids or very small amounts of liquids. The principle is to inhale more liquid than the set range first, and it is not necessary to blow out the residual liquid when transferring the liquid. Press the button first to the second stop and slowly release the button to the origin. Then press the button to the first stop point to discharge the liquid with the set range, continue to hold the hold button at the first stop point (do not press down again), remove the gun head with residual liquid, and discard it.
4 correct placement of the pipette
After use, you can hang it vertically on the pipette holder, but be careful not to fall off. When there is liquid in the pipette tip, do not place the pipette horizontally or upside down to prevent the liquid from flowing back to corrode the piston spring.

In 2007, Shanghai Bayu () Industrial Co., Ltd. established an offline supply system for laboratory instruments, MRO industrial products, etc. In 2009, it officially launched an online procurement operation platform.
Sprinkler irrigation and micro-irrigation automatic control equipment With the development of economy, water resources, energy shortage and labor cost increase, more and more water-saving irrigation systems will adopt automatic control. This article focuses on the advantages and classification of automated irrigation.
The advantages are as follows:
(1) It is possible to truly control the amount of irrigation, irrigation time and irrigation cycle in a timely and appropriate manner, thereby increasing crop yield and significantly improving water utilization.
(2) Saving labor and operating expenses.
(3) The work plan can be arranged conveniently and flexibly, and the management personnel do not have to go to the field at night or other inconvenient time.
(4) Since it can increase the effective working time every day, the initial capital investment in pipelines, pumping stations, etc. can be reduced accordingly.
classification:
First, fully automated irrigation system
The fully automated irrigation system does not require direct human involvement. The pre-programmed control procedures and certain parameters that reflect the water requirements of the crop can automatically open and close the pump for a long time and automatically irrigate in a certain order. The role of the person is simply to adjust the control program and overhaul the control equipment. In this system, in addition to emitters (heads, drip heads, etc.), pipes, fittings, pumps, and motors, it also includes central controllers, automatic valves, sensors (soil moisture sensors, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, water level sensors, and rain sensors). Etc.) and wires.
Second, semi-automatic irrigation system
In the semi-automated irrigation system, no sensors are installed in the field. The irrigation time, irrigation volume and irrigation period are controlled according to pre-programmed procedures, rather than feedback based on crop and soil moisture and meteorological conditions. The degree of automation of such systems is very different. For example, some pump stations implement automatic control, and some pump stations use manual control. Some central controllers are only one timer with simple programming function, and some systems have no central control. The controller, but only some of the sequential switching valves or volume valves are installed on each branch pipe.
Automated irrigation is the trend of the times. In the future water-saving irrigation projects, more and more automated irrigation systems will be applied.
