Jujube high-risk management

Jujube high access is an important measure to change the inferior varieties. At present, the grafting work has ended, and the management after grafting is related to the success or failure of the work of changing the inferior and exchanging advantages. Several key management techniques after grafting are briefly described below for reference.

Irrigate in time

The lack of drought this year, and whether the water in the tree is sufficient, is related to the speed and amount of callus formation.

2. Cut off the rootstock in time

Rootstock buds consumed tree nutrients and thrived buds sprouted. In order to promote germination of budding buds, root buds should be cut off as soon as possible. If the scion has been damaged (branch damage, broken scion, dehydration of the scion, etc.), failure of grafting, and the scion cannot germinate, then the rootstock should be kept in a planned manner to prevent the death of the tree due to the removal of the sprout.

3. Make up in time

After the failure of grafting, it was timely supplemented to improve the survival rate and uniformity of grafting.

4. Timely traction and topping

In order to prevent the grafting of new shoots, the tree shoots can be tied with bamboo baskets, tied with lead wire, tied with bamboo poles, and tied with bamboo poles to protect new shoots. At the same time, the new shoots are pulled through the tie and are purposely shaped. When the new shoot (Zhao head) grows to about 50 centimeters, picking is done to prevent the new shoot (jujube head) from uniaxially extending too long and smashing off.

5. The interface should be loosened and coated in time to prevent and treat nail beetle

When the scion shooter begins to thicken, the binder (plastic film) of the interface is removed (to prevent the plastic from advancing into the new skin, suppress the growth of new shoots) or loosen and re-wrap (fixed anti-collapse). The interface callus was smeared with 50 times the pyrethroid pesticide or jujube mouth protector. In particular, grafted grafted, looser and more timely.

6. Foliar spraying fertilizer to supplement tree nutrients

After the shoots are budded and spread, leaves are sprayed once every 7 to 10 days with 0.3% to 0.5% urea+0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and sprayed 3 to 4 times. Afterwards, it depends on the condition of the tree.

7. Foliar spraying rooting agent

After the shoots are budded, the leaves are sprayed with a rooting agent (such as ABT rooting powder) and absorbed through the foliage to promote root growth and improve the poor growth of the shoots caused by poor root growth.

8. Timely treatment of pests and diseases

Embryonic germination note in addition to cure buds like weevil, green-yellow grasshopper, juvenile Mosquitoes. During the growing season, attention should be paid to the treatment of diseases and pests such as green-lipped maggots, juvenile crickets, date worms, red spiders, and date rust.
