First, the nature of the material:
The recovered salt is mainly sodium chloride, white powdery crystal, moisture content before drying is about 5%, bulk density is 1.16g/cm3; after drying, the bulk density is 1.20g/cm3, and the moisture content after drying is less than 0.5%.
Second, the drying amount and drying time:
A total of about 16 tons of salt is produced continuously 24 hours a day, and the drying time is required to be 8 hours, that is, the drying amount is about 2000kg per hour, and a 10m3 silo is provided for transit.
Third, the process:
The automatic centrifuge continuously extracts salt and transports it to the silo of 10m3 through the belt. The belt length is 4.5 meters, and the belt is required to have a certain inclination to prevent the mother liquor from entering the silo. The salt feeding speed of the silo to the vibrating fluidized bed can be adjusted, and the vibrating fluidized bed needs to be equipped with corresponding air heating and dust removing devices, and the dried finished salt enters the packaging system.
Fourth, equipment requirements:
Due to the explosion-proof requirements of the equipment installation environment, the specific requirements for the drying equipment electrical, strong and weak electrical wiring, solenoid valve, sensor, operation display, thermocouple and other single components are as follows:
1. All sensors used in the whole equipment require explosion-proof sensors.
2, heating rods, thermocouples require the use of explosion-proof heating rods, explosion-proof thermocouples
3. The operation display screen is installed on the explosion-proof cabinet, and the explosion-proof cabinet uses the positive pressure type explosion-proof cabinet (specify the use pressure and gas consumption)
4. Solenoid valves and motors used in the whole machine are required to use explosion-proof solenoid valves and explosion-proof motors.
5. The strong electricity, weak electric threading, joints, etc. in the whole set of equipment should be connected with galvanized pipe, explosion-proof hose and explosion-proof joint, no exposed and sealed at the joint (according to explosion-proof requirements)
6. The explosion-proof grade and protection grade of the above explosion-proof components are EXTDA22 and IP65. There is no corresponding specification of zui low explosion-proof grade and the protection grade is not lower than DIIBT4 and IP55.

V. Other important notes:
1. The material of the whole drying line and the material contact part requires 316L stainless steel, and the remaining part is 304.
2. The silo is designed with eccentricity, the inner wall is bright, no material is accumulated, and it can be cleaned in time. It is required to have a broken arch device and a wall vibrator.
3. The equipment needs to have good anti-static and grounding measures.
